Visit San Jacinto Alligator Pond, nearly 5 minutes' walk from the lovely property, and feel complete harmony with the nature of United States. The historic charm blended seamlessly with modern amenities. the bathroom was a highlight, with a beautiful glass enclosure shower and premium Dry Bar products. the beds were comfy, the room clean, and the atmosphere quiet. The front desk staff, especially the two lovely ladies, were incredibly helpful and friendly - a true embodiment of exceptional customer service. We started our day with a delicious breakfast of toasted marshmallow cold brew and muffins at the hotel, and enjoyed the craft beer options at the bar with stellar service. The hotel's location near restaurants and San Jacinto Plaza was convenient, and the valet service provided by Adam was top-notch. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the room I booked and what was provided, and the customer service did not handle it well. Despite this issue, the overall experience was memorable, and we look forward to staying here again.
